I'm getting an unknown error when I try to order anything

A little red popup shows up whenever I try to order anything saying “unknown error”. Does anyone know what’s going wrong?

There have been some issues like this reported recently, please try using the store in your browser (app.salad.io) and if that doesn’t work neither, submit a ticket

Alright, I did. How long will this take to be fixed?

The usual reply time is within 72h, but there is a backlog so it may take more time

I’m assuming that this has to do with redemptions being disabled. Is there an ETA for them to be back up?

I currently do not have an ETA for it.
